How we work

We are deliberately structured. The people who do the work and the people who set the firm's direction are largely the same people. There is no production-line analyst pool feeding senior bankers. Analysts run real workstreams, present directly to clients and counterparties, and contribute to the firm's published research. Senior team members source, run processes, and write.

We work hard, but we work on a relatively small number of mandates at any given time. Selectivity is part of the model. We do not staff hundreds of process-heavy lower-middle-market sell-sides. We staff a smaller number of higher-conviction engagements where the work compounds the firm's positioning.

Open roles

Sourcing Analyst

Remote — North America preferred · Full-time · Competitive base plus performance compensation tied to closed mandates

Build the firm's sourcing function. Run FDD-extraction pipelines, identify multi-unit operators within franchise systems, and turn buying-group rosters into qualified sell-side conversations.

Speculative inquiries

We occasionally hire outside posted roles when the right person introduces themselves. If you have specific experience in franchise systems, buying groups, dealer organizations, or lower-middle-market M&A — and you read our perspectives and feel like you belong here — write to us at careers@sableridgeadvisory.com. Tell us what you would build and why.
